Calcium - Day 6 - Throne of Virgo
We remember at the Round Table that the twelve thrones do not divide matter: they surround it in order to know it from the whole. At the center remains Excalibur, the axis of calibration, and beneath its invisible blade, the Philosopher’s Stone is formed as the conscious ordering of contemplated matter. For thirteen days, each throne observes the same particle, measures it according to its function, and offers its perspective to the center. At the conclusion of the cycle, Thoth-Merlin gathers the twelve perspectives and seals a new layer of the Stone.
During this cycle, its form is expressed as Calcium: an element with the symbol Ca and atomic number 20. This is the substance we are ordering. Today, particle number 20 of the Philosopher’s Stone enters the Round Table to be observed from the throne of Virgo.
Calcium: Throne of Virgo
Today we share the perspective of Virgo. From this throne, we observe the precise mechanism through which a Calcium signal becomes movement. Virgo contemplates the molecular sequence that allows a muscle to move from rest to contraction and then return to relaxation.
How does Calcium express itself?
In skeletal muscle, an electrical signal triggers the release of Ca²⁺ stored in the sarcoplasmic reticulum. The increase in Calcium within the cytoplasm allows it to bind to regulatory proteins of the thin filament and alters the position of the troponin-tropomyosin complex. In this way, the sites that allow the interaction between actin and myosin become available, enabling contraction to develop.
Contraction ends when Ca²⁺ is removed from the cytoplasm and transported back into its internal stores. The mechanism therefore depends on a precise sequence: release, recognition, contraction, removal, and restoration. Continuously elevated Calcium would prevent the normal cycle between activation and rest from being maintained.
What does it reveal?
When observed from the throne of Virgo, Calcium reveals that action does not consist solely of activating a force. Every complete mechanism also includes the ability to stop that force and return the system to an available state.
Excalibur calibrates particle number 20 to distinguish efficiency from permanent tension. Calcium teaches that precise action has a beginning, execution, and closure. A muscle that could only contract would lose the very function it was meant to perform.
How do we integrate it?
At the center of the Round Table, the candle remains lit. It does not represent Calcium or the throne that observes it: it keeps visible the still point from which all perspectives can come together without becoming confused. Observe the flame until you recognize in it the mechanism that knows when to activate and when to return to rest.
Thus, today we carry out this task:
Mind — Focus
Hold a single affirmation internally: «I recognize when to activate my strength and when to return it to rest».
Emotion — Cleansing with the Candle
Light a candle and observe it in silence. Take three slow breaths. With each exhalation, release sustained tension, the belief that resting means abandoning the task, and the need to remain ready to act at all times.
Emotion is brought into order through discernment.
Action — Integration into the Body
Pour a glass of water and hold it between both hands. Say three times: «I begin, carry out, and close each action at its precise moment». Drink slowly, allowing the action to become integrated into the body.

I am the new state of consciousness.
