Calcium - Day 9 - Throne of Sagittarius

We remember at the Round Table that the twelve thrones do not divide matter: they surround it in order to know it from the whole. At the center remains Excalibur, the axis of calibration, and beneath its invisible blade, the Philosopher’s Stone is formed as the conscious ordering of contemplated matter. For thirteen days, each throne observes the same particle, measures it according to its function, and offers its perspective to the center. At the conclusion of the cycle, Thoth-Merlin gathers the twelve perspectives and seals a new layer of the Stone.

During this cycle, its form is expressed as Calcium: an element with the symbol Ca and atomic number 20. This is the substance we are ordering. Today, particle number 20 of the Philosopher’s Stone enters the Round Table to be observed from the throne of Sagittarius.

Calcium: Throne of Sagittarius

Today we share the perspective of Sagittarius. From this throne, we observe the planetary journey of Calcium. Sagittarius follows the particle from continental rocks to rivers, from the oceans to living organisms, and from sediments back into stone.

How does Calcium express itself?

The chemical weathering of minerals and rocks releases ions, including Ca²⁺, which can be transported by continental waters into the ocean. There, dissolved Calcium participates in the carbonate system and can become incorporated into calcium carbonate, CaCO₃. Many marine organisms use this material to build shells and skeletons. When these materials accumulate and become buried, they can contribute to the formation of carbonate sediments and, over geological time, limestone.

The cycle connects the atmosphere, waters, biosphere, and lithosphere because the formation and dissolution of carbonates are linked to the chemistry of inorganic carbon. Calcium can thus travel across scales ranging from a dissolved ion to a biological structure and, ultimately, a geological formation.

What does it reveal?

When observed from the throne of Sagittarius, Calcium reveals that a structure is never completely separate from the cycle that produced it. The rock may once have been water, the sediment may once have been an organism, and what appears immobile today may dissolve again.

Excalibur calibrates particle number 20 to expand the vision beyond its present form. Calcium teaches that understanding something requires following its journey through all the scales where its function changes.

How do we integrate it?

At the center of the Round Table, the candle remains lit. It does not represent Calcium or the throne that observes it: it keeps visible the still point from which all perspectives can come together without becoming confused. Observe the flame until you recognize in it a matter whose history continues even as it changes realm, form, and scale.

Hold a single affirmation internally: «I observe each form as part of a greater cycle».

Emotion — Cleansing with the Candle

Light a candle and observe it in silence. Take three slow breaths. With each exhalation, release the need to define a process solely by its present state, impatience with long cycles, and fear of transformations whose scale you cannot yet comprehend.

Emotion is brought into order through perspective. 

Action — Integration into the Body

Pour a glass of water and hold it between both hands. Say three times: «I recognize the complete journey and allow each form to fulfill its stage». Drink slowly, allowing the action to become integrated into the body.
