Helium - Day 3 - Throne of Gemini

We remember at the Round Table. 

The circle is activated and consciousness takes shared form. Twelve positions surround the center and sustain a living geometry. Here a natural order is established: an alliance of perception that opens a new state of consciousness. The archetypes of being arrange themselves to recalibrate the origin of the philosopher’s stone, the one that aligns mind, heart, and action to manifest heaven on earth.

At the center of the circle, Excalibur defines the axis and marks the north. During this cycle, its form is expressed as Helium. This is the substance we bring into order. The second particle of the stone appears as luminous architecture, ready to be observed and adjusted from the different points of view offered by the wheel of twelve.

Today we share the point of view of exchange. The throne of Gemini opens the third position and directs the gaze toward the dialogue between light and shadow. From this seat, Helium reveals itself as a carrier of solar information, as the wind that travels from the sun to the planets carrying particles charged with message. What was ignited and anchored now finds circulation. Helios sends its breath through space as luminous code. Every gust of solar wind articulates the relationship between center and periphery. Every Helium particle communicates the temperature of origin.

Helium inhabits the solar wind, the upper atmosphere, magnetic exchange. When observed from the throne of Gemini, radiance finds mobility, versatility, and the capacity for transmission. Fire becomes language. Light organizes itself as a cosmic communication network. Excalibur calibrates the particle when mind, emotion, and body align along a single axis of communicative clarity.

A candle is lit before you as a reflection of the center. Its flame reveals the state of inner light and accompanies the fine adjustment of the particle. As you hold your gaze, communication is ordered and the third face of the philosopher’s stone is polished. Helium is articulated. The wheel continues its conscious rotation.

Thus, today we perform this task:

Mind — Focus  Hold internally a single affirmation throughout the practice: “I am circulating the solar radiance through my word.” Allow the mind to remain clear and mobile at this point.

Emotion — Cleansing with the candle  Place a lit candle in front of you. Observe it in silence for at least three complete breaths. Let the flame dissolve emotions associated with blockage: forced silence, verbal confusion, disconnection. Emotion is ordered by fluidity.

Action — Integration in the body  Pour a glass of water. Hold the glass between your hands and say: “I am Helium in circulation.” Repeat it three times, consciously. Drink the water slowly, integrating the solar wind into your body.
