Helium - Day 5- Throne of Leo

We remember at the Round Table.

The circle is activated and consciousness takes shared form. Twelve positions surround the center and sustain a living geometry. Here a natural order is established: an alliance of perception that opens a new state of consciousness. The archetypes of being arrange themselves to recalibrate the origin of the philosopher’s stone, the one that aligns mind, heart, and action to manifest heaven on earth.

At the center of the circle, Excalibur defines the axis and marks the north. During this cycle, its form is expressed as Helium. This is the substance we bring into order. The second particle of the stone appears as luminous architecture, ready to be observed and adjusted from the different points of view offered by the wheel of twelve.

Today we share the point of view of expression. The throne of Leo opens the fifth position and directs the gaze toward the splendor of Helios upon its celestial throne. From this seat, Helium reveals itself as the source of all visible radiation, as the light that expresses itself without reserve and sustains life at every sunrise. What was ignited, anchored, circulated, and protected now finds maximum irradiation. Helios reigns at the center of the system as sovereign presence. Every ray of light is a declaration of existence. Every radiance expresses the glory of solar origin.

Helium inhabits the solar corona, the flares that erupt into the cosmos, the light that reaches the planets. When observed from the throne of Leo, radiance finds magnificence, authority, and the capacity to shine without apology. Fire becomes a visible throne. Light organizes itself as full creative expression. Excalibur calibrates the particle when mind, emotion, and body align along a single axis of luminous sovereignty.

A candle is lit before you as a reflection of the center. Its flame reveals the state of inner light and accompanies the fine adjustment of the particle. As you hold your gaze, expression is ordered and the fifth face of the philosopher’s stone is polished. Helium is irradiated. The wheel continues its conscious rotation.

Mind — Focus

Hold internally a single affirmation throughout the practice:

“I am expressing the solar radiance from my throne.”

Allow the mind to remain radiant and sovereign at this point.

Emotion — Cleansing with the candle

Place a lit candle in front of you.

Observe it in silence for at least three complete breaths.

Let the flame dissolve emotions associated with inhibition: humiliation, smallness, excessive apology.

Emotion is ordered by dignity.

Action — Integration in the body

Pour a glass of water.

Hold the glass between your hands and say:

“I am Helium that shines.”

Repeat it three times, consciously.

Drink the water slowly, integrating solar sovereignty into your body.
