Scandium - Day 8 - Throne of Scorpio
We remember at the Round Table that the twelve thrones do not divide matter: they surround it in order to know it from the perspective of wholeness. At the center remains Excalibur, the axis of calibration, and beneath its invisible edge the Philosopher’s Stone is formed as the conscious ordering of the matter being contemplated. Throughout thirteen days, each throne observes the same particle, measures it according to its function, and delivers its perspective to the center. At the conclusion of the cycle, Thoth-Merlin gathers the twelve perspectives and seals a new layer of the Stone.
During this cycle, its form is expressed as Scandium: an element with the symbol Sc and atomic number 21. This is the substance we are bringing into order. Particle number 21 of the Philosopher’s Stone enters the Round Table today to be observed from the throne of Scorpio.
Scandium: Throne of Scorpio
Today we share Scorpio’s perspective. From this throne, Scandium is observed undergoing nuclear transformation. Scorpio contemplates isotopes that do not remain in a stable state, but decay, emit radiation, and can turn that transformation into a tool for imaging or destroying specific tissues.
How does Scandium express itself?
Among the radioisotopes of medical interest are Scandium-43 and Scandium-44 for positron emission tomography imaging, and Scandium-47 for therapeutic applications under investigation. Sc-47 emits beta particles that can be used for targeted therapy and also emits radiation that can be used for imaging. This has driven the study of Scandium radioisotope pairs for so-called theranostic strategies, in which similar molecular chemistry can first be used to locate a target and then to treat it.
ANSTO has produced Sc-47 through a process in which a Calcium-containing target is irradiated to generate Calcium-47, which subsequently decays into Scandium-47. Particle number 21 appears here as the product of a nuclear transformation and then continues through its own decay process.
What does it reveal to us?
When observed from the throne of Scorpio, Scandium reveals that transformation can simultaneously contain information and destruction. The same radioactive nature that allows a location to be identified can also be used to deposit energy upon it.
Excalibur calibrates particle number 21 to recognize that transformation requires direction. Destruction without purpose is the dispersal of energy. Transformation requires knowing what must be located, what must be modified, and what must remain intact.
How do we integrate it?
At the center of the Round Table, the candle remains lit. It does not represent Scandium or the throne observing it: it keeps visible the still point from which all perspectives can come together without becoming confused. Observe the flame until you recognize within it a force capable of revealing what must later be transformed.
Thus, today we carry out this task:
Mind — Focus Hold a single affirmation internally: «I identify what needs to be transformed».
Emotion — Cleansing with the candle Light a candle and observe it in silence. Take three slow breaths. With each exhalation, release the desire to destroy without understanding, the fear of irreversible transformation, and the tendency to direct your intensity toward what is not the true cause. The emotion is brought into order through transformation.
Action — Integration into the body Pour a glass of water and hold it between both hands. Say three times: «I direct my energy toward what I want to transform». Drink slowly, allowing the action to become integrated into the body.
I am the new state of consciousness. Avra Kehdabra — I create as I speak.
