We remember at the Round Table.Â
The circle is activated, and consciousness takes shared form. Twelve positions surround the center and sustain a living geometry. Here a natural order is established: an alliance of perception that opens a new state of consciousness. The archetypes of being arrange themselves to recalibrate the origin of the Philosopher’s Stone, the one that aligns mind, heart, and action to manifest heaven on earth.
At the center of the circle, Excalibur defines the axis and marks the north. During this cycle, its form is expressed as Sodium. This is the substance we are ordering. The eleventh particle of the Stone presents itself as a reactive metal, ready to be observed and adjusted from the different points of view offered by the Wheel of Twelve.
Today we share the point of view of dissolution. The Throne of Pisces opens the twelfth position and directs the gaze toward sodium dissolved in bodily fluids. From this seat, Sodium reveals itself as the element that constantly flows between blood, lymph, tears, and sweat, as the ion that dissolves into the internal ocean of the human body. What exploded, crystallized, transmitted, protected, shone, refined, balanced, intoxicated, expanded oceanically, was built industrially, and innovated technologically now finds integration with the entire internal aqueous system. Sodium dissolved in blood plasma circulates continuously. Each ion flows between cells and tissues. Each molecule surrenders to the eternal cycle of bodily water.
Sodium inhabits the tears you cry, the sweat excreted by your skin, the blood that nourishes every organ, the continuous flow between intake and excretion. When observed from the Throne of Pisces, the alkali metal finds compassion for the complete cycle, mysticism in dissolution into the internal ocean, and the capacity to surrender to the saltwater that sustains life. Explosiveness becomes liquid offering. Chemical reactivity organizes itself as return to the primordial fluid. Excalibur calibrates the particle when mind, emotion, and body align along the same axis of aqueous unity.
A candle is lit before you as a reflection of the center. Its flame reveals the state of the internal reactive metal and accompanies the fine adjustment of the particle. By holding your gaze, dissolution is completed and the twelfth face of the Philosopher’s Stone is polished. Sodium is integrated. The Wheel closes its conscious cycle.
⸻
Today we perform this task:
Mind — Focus Hold internally a single affirmation throughout the practice: "I am dissolving sodium into the internal ocean." Allow the mind to remain receptive and surrendered at this point.
Emotion — Cleansing with the candle Place a lit candle in front of you. Observe it in silence for at least three complete breaths. Let the flame dissolve emotions associated with separation from the cycle: crystallization without flow, rupture of return, denial of saline dissolution. Emotion is brought into order through compassion.
Action — Integration in the body Pour a glass of water. Hold the glass between your hands and say: "I am unified Sodium." Repeat it three times, consciously. Drink the water slowly, integrating the internal ocean into your body.

I am the new state of consciousness. Avra Kehdabra — I create as I speak.
