Vanadium - Day 10 - Throne of Capricorn

We remember at the Round Table that the twelve thrones do not divide matter: they surround it in order to know it from a state of wholeness. At the center remains Excalibur, the axis of calibration, and beneath its invisible edge the Philosopher’s Stone takes form as the conscious ordering of the matter being contemplated. During thirteen days, each throne observes the same particle, measures it through its function, and delivers its perspective to the center. At the conclusion of the cycle, Toth-Merlin gathers the twelve perspectives and seals a new layer of the Stone.

During this cycle, its form is expressed as Vanadium: an element with the symbol V and atomic number 23. This is the substance we bring into order. Particle number 23 of the Philosopher’s Stone enters the Round Table today to be observed from the Throne of Capricorn.

Vanadium: Throne of Capricorn

Today we share the point of view of Capricorn. From this throne, we observe how small amounts of Vanadium are incorporated into structures designed to withstand great demands. Capricorn contemplates a particle that does not need to constitute the greater part of a structure in order to profoundly modify its behavior.

How does Vanadium express itself?

The principal use of Vanadium continues to be the production of alloys, especially steels. Small additions can increase properties such as mechanical strength, hardness, toughness, and fatigue resistance through changes in the material's microstructure and the formation of Vanadium carbides or nitrides. These properties have allowed Vanadium steels to be used in tools, machinery, shafts, gears, and structural components.

Vanadium is also used together with Titanium and Aluminum in certain Titanium alloys employed in high-performance applications. Once again, the function of particle number 23 appears through proportion: it does not need to become the entire structure in order to modify what the structure can withstand.

What does it reveal to us?

When observed from the Throne of Capricorn, Vanadium reveals that strengthening a structure does not necessarily mean increasing its amount of matter. A precise addition can modify the way the entire whole responds to stress.

Excalibur calibrates particle number 23 to abandon the idea that what is important must always occupy a large volume. Vanadium teaches that legacy also depends on small components placed where they modify the strength of the complete work.

How do we integrate it?

At the center of the Round Table, the candle remains lit. It does not represent Vanadium or the throne that observes it: it keeps visible the still point from which all perspectives can come together without becoming confused. Observe the flame until you recognize in it the small presence capable of modifying the strength of an entire structure.

And so, today we carry out this practice:

Mind — Focus Hold a single affirmation internally: «I recognize where a small presence produces a great effect».

Emotion — Cleansing with the candle Light a candle and observe it in silence. Take three slow breaths. With each exhalation, release the need to occupy a great deal of space in order to feel important, the frustration with contributions that seem small, and the tendency to measure a function solely by its visibility. The emotion is brought into order through humility.

Action — Integration into the body Pour a glass of water and hold it between both hands. Say three times: «I occupy the precise place, strengthening the complete work». Drink slowly, allowing the action to become integrated into the body.

I am the new state of consciousness. Avra Kehdabra — I create as I speak.
