Vanadium - Day 11 - Throne of Aquarius

We remember at the Round Table that the twelve thrones do not divide matter: they surround it in order to know it from a state of wholeness. At the center remains Excalibur, the axis of calibration, and beneath its invisible edge the Philosopher’s Stone takes form as the conscious ordering of the matter being contemplated. During thirteen days, each throne observes the same particle, measures it through its function, and delivers its perspective to the center. At the conclusion of the cycle, Toth-Merlin gathers the twelve perspectives and seals a new layer of the Stone.

During this cycle, its form is expressed as Vanadium: an element with the symbol V and atomic number 23. This is the substance we bring into order. Particle number 23 of the Philosopher’s Stone enters the Round Table today to be observed from the Throne of Aquarius.

Vanadium: Throne of Aquarius

Today we share the point of view of Aquarius. From this throne, we observe how Vanadium’s ability to reversibly change state can be transformed into a technology designed to store energy for long periods.

How does Vanadium express itself?

Vanadium redox flow batteries store energy in liquid solutions contained in external tanks. During operation, the electrolytes are pumped through an electrochemical cell where Vanadium species reversibly change their oxidation state. One of the distinctive characteristics of this technology is that both sides use the same element, although in different states, which facilitates certain rebalancing strategies when species cross through the membrane.

The United States Department of Energy continues to consider flow batteries among the technologies relevant to long-duration stationary storage. Demonstration projects have included Vanadium flow systems designed to supply energy for many hours and support electrical grids with variable generation.

In these batteries, increasing the amount of electrolyte stored in the tanks makes it possible to increase energy capacity without having to modify the conversion unit, where the electrochemical conversion occurs, to the same extent. Energy can be stored by temporarily separating different states of the same matter.

What does it reveal to us?

When observed from the Throne of Aquarius, Vanadium reveals that the future can be built by learning to preserve a difference without forcing it to be resolved immediately.

Excalibur calibrates particle number 23 to recognize that storing energy does not mean immobilizing it. Vanadium teaches that a potential can remain available when two different states are maintained in relationship until the moment when they need to be connected again.

How do we integrate it?

At the center of the Round Table, the candle remains lit. It does not represent Vanadium or the throne that observes it: it keeps visible the still point from which all perspectives can come together without becoming confused. Observe the flame until you recognize in it the energy that can change state, remain stored, and later return to circulation.

And so, today we carry out this practice:

Mind — Focus Hold a single affirmation internally: «I store my energy without stopping its future possibility of circulation».

Emotion — Cleansing with the candle Light a candle and observe it in silence. Take three slow breaths. With each exhalation, release the need to spend all available energy immediately, the fear of preserving a potential for later, and the anxiety to resolve a difference before understanding what it may be useful for. The emotion is brought into order through temperance.

Action — Integration into the body Pour a glass of water and hold it between both hands. Say three times: «I conserve my energy to release it when it is needed». Drink slowly, allowing the action to become integrated into the body.

I am the new state of consciousness. Avra Kehdabra — I create as I speak.
